The Devil's Lies

The Devil was thinking one day and decided that he wanted one major lie
that
would deceive all people on the earth. So a demon came up to him and
suggested, "You could tell them that there's no God."
The Devil frowned and said to the demon, "No, that won't work. I have
already used that one and now people know there's a God. They won't be
tricked. And where would that get us? I don't like it!! Get away from
me!!
A second demon came up and said, "You could tell them that there's no
hell."
The Devil thought for a moment, then said angrily, "Idiot! People
already
know there's a hell." With an evil grin he added, "I've already tricked
them into believing that they won't go there." Then he let out an evil
laugh and thought of all the people that he had deceived who would feed
his
flames. Then, remembering the demon, he said, "That's a terrible idea,
you
imbecile! I've already used used it!!"
Finally, a third demon came up to the Devil and said, "You could tell
them
that there's no hurry."
The Devil thought hard about this one. Then with a grin more evil than
imaginible he said, "I love it! I will tell people that they have all
the
time in the world to become a Christian. I'll tell them that they can
live
for the moment. They will drink, lie, cheat, have sex, do drugs, and
swear
against God! They will not share Jesus Christ with their friends.
"There's
always tomorrow," they'll say. People will always listen to what I have
to
offer them because it's so easy and blame God for the outcome! In a
mocking
tone he said, "I'll become a Christian later. There's plenty of time!"
And
then Satan, the enemy of the world, sent out his evil messengers to
spread
this new lie.
